Warranty

As with all Wheelscience products our bike inner tubes are covered by our global lifetime warranty.  If you ever have a problem associated with a manufacturing fault we will replace your tube at no cost.

Shipping

Your tubes will be shipped from your closest warehouse within 1 business day of your order. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available.  Typical shipping / transit times are shown with your selected shipping option at check out.  Averages would be 4-5 working days for express (all order sizes) and 8-10 for standard shipping (2 or more tubes attract free standard shipping).

Duties and taxes

Due to the relatively small value attached to our shipments they are usually under most countries chargeable thresholds.  This is not always the case and we will refund any duties charged excluding VAT or handling fees.  Our experience tells us no taxes are charged into the USA, most shipments to Europe and the UK are under the chargeable threshold or are not charged.
